Ingredients:
400 gm coriander leaves 20 gm grated coconut 2 gm methi seeds 2 gm Bengal gram 2 gm urad dal 2 gm jeera 30 gm green chilli 5 gm ginger 5 gm garlic, 15 gm oil

Method:
- Wash and chop coriander leaves.
- Heat oil, add methi seeds, urad dal, Bengal gram, jeera and green chilli.
- Clean garlic, fry it but it should not be brown in colour. Add coconut, fry for two minutes.
- Add coriander leaves and saute for two minutes.
- Cool it and make a paste.
- Add salt as per taste.
