Here at Workouts & Exercise Programs, our new Fitness Blog, we are building on personal experience from various personal exercise programs and health and fitness regimes that we have followed and found successful.
We are not chasing the latest faddy diet or whatever the guest on breakfast television tells us, but highlighting great training that we have personally enjoyed, and those recommended to us by real people through comments, emails, friends and co-workers.
There won’t be any specialized exercise routines, just can-do examples for everyday people: where success and results encourage motivation and the desire to continue.
Our contributors have their own success stories, but you won’t find any Olympic sportsmen or women here! Just straightforward results from personal training: realistic weight loss, positive reinforcement of regular training, and the successful completion of both individual and group challenges.
